The food is hit or miss depending on what you get. If you go, get either the Asian fusion wings, fried grouper bites or fried grouper sandwich. The smother chicken is good too
My work was catered a burger bar from them. Burgers were delicious. Best burger I have had in a while.
I give Austin's an overall 4 stars because the food is pretty good, but sometimes the service is lacking. I've ordered through the curbside pickup a few times and it seems that they are always leaving part of my order out. This just happened again last week when I ordered. I sent my BF to pick the order and forgot to tell him to check it before he left. He arrived home and sure enough they had left my order of fried okra out. My advice would be to make sure you're double checking your Togo orders because it's not a good thing when people have to come back to get what was left off.
Lots of food. Good service. Good stop during travel. Came here with several coworkers in the evening for dinner. We sat outside and service was pretty good. Some people had their orders delayed or mixed up. The food was decent. I ended up getting their version of Louisiana Pasta. It was good but very thick and hard to finish. Overall, a decent option given the area and other options.
Food and service was good. Plus, I lost a tennis bracelet there, which they found and returned to me. Can't put a price on honesty and integrity. Much obliged.
